Chef Mark Salter is one of the most renowned on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Nestled in charming Oxford, Maryland is a little bed & breakfast with a restaurant called the Robert Morris Inn. It's romantic, unique and endearing and certainly impressive with Chef Salter at the helm.
The Food Editor of Chesapeake 360 Magazine called me to photograph some dishes for a story on Chef Salter's cuisine so I had the opportunity to put my lens on some of his choice dishes. It was an honor to say the very least. A beautiful goat cheese & beet salad, swordfish and a fresh berry pavlova.
